  • We’ll book a meeting with you to discuss your circumstances and goals and explore how we can add value. This meeting is free of charge and obligation.
  • If you decide to engage us, we will agree on the scope of our advice and a fee structure with you before you incur any fees. If you request insurance advice only, once your insurance is in place, your insurer will pay us a commission that will usually cover our fees.
  • Once engaged, we will collect information from you so that we fully understand your situation.
  • Following market research and analysis, we provide you with a detailed statement of advice recommending the most cost-effective cover for you.
  • We will help you complete the application paperwork with your chosen insurer. This may include providing historic and current medical and financial information.
  • Once in place, we offer an annual review to ensure your cover remains cost-effective.
  • In the event of a claim, we will help you complete the paperwork and work with your insurer to obtain the best possible result.
